Login to your cpanel account
- Find the email heading and click Spam Filters
- Find the heading Additional Configurations (For Advanced Users)
- Click Show additional configurations
- Click Edit Spam Blacklist Settings
- Add the email address you want to block in the blacklist_from text box
- Click update blacklist
