From Within Outlook
Click File->Account Settings->Manage Profiles
Click the email accounts button
At the next screen double click the account you wish to change
On that screen you'll see the incoming and outgoing server names
The account type POP3 or IMAP
Login Information Details i.e. username and password
Incoming/Outgoing Server Settings
Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server names, these will have been sent to you in your welcome email
Login Information
User name: Full email address
Password: The password attached to the email account
Click the More Settings Button
Click the Outgoing Server Tab
Ensure that the My Outgoing Server(SMTP) requires authentication option is ticked
Select "use the same settings as my incoming server"
Click the Advanced Tab
SSL/TLS
Enter the 993 for the incoming port number if your connection type is IMAP or 995 for POP3,
Tick This Server Requires an Encrypted Connection
Enter 465 for the Outgoing Server Port
Select Auto for the use the following type of encrypted connection
Non SSL Connections
Enter the number 25 for the incoming server port
Enter 587 for the Outgoing Server Port
Select None for the "use the following type of encrypted connection"
Click OK
Click Next
You should receive 2 green ticks at the next screen, if not review the settings including username, password and incoming outgoing mail server names.
If you get 2 green ticks click Finish
