Ensure that you select the following options during account setup

Non SSL Settings

Incoming Server POP3
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 110
Use SSL No
Authentication Password

 

Outgoing Server SMTP
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 587
Use SSL No
Authentication Password

 

SSL Settings

Incoming Server POP3
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 995
Use SSL Yes
Authentication Password

 

Outgoing Server SMTP
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 465
Use SSL Yes
Authentication Password

IMAP Settings

Incoming Server IMAP
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 993
Use SSL Yes
Authentication Password

Outgoing Server SMTP
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 465
Use SSL Yes
Authentication Password

Non SSL Settings

Incoming Server IMAP
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 143
Use SSL No
Authentication Password

Outgoing Server SMTP
Server Hostname: mail.yourdomainname e.g mail.testdomain.com.au
Port 587
Use SSL No
Authentication Password

 

 

 

You should also ensure not to leave a copy of messages on the server for any more than 7 days.
